Platypi Designs Hosting Clients
- Start Outlook, and on the Tools menu, click Accounts.
- In the Internet Accounts dialog box, click Add, and then click Mail. The Internet Connection Wizard will guide you through the account setup process.

- In the Your Name box type your Display Name, the name you would like to have appear on all mail messages you send, and then click Next.

- In the Email Address box, type the address that was given to you or that you set up in your online email area (iMail). Click Next.

- Select POP3 in the "My incoming mail server is a ______ server" list.
Type your incoming mail server in the "Incoming Mail (POP3 or IMAP) server" box. This server name is mail.yourdomain.com (where yourdomain.com is replaced with your actual domain name).
Type the outgoing mail server in the "Outgoing mail (SMTP) server" box. This server name is mail.mydomain.com (where mydomain.com is replaced with your actual domain name).
* Please note that some internet service providers (ISPs), such as Bell Sympatico, don't allow you to use your own SMTP server for sending email. If you have problems sending email after setting things up, please contact your ISP to find out the SMTP server that you should use.
Click Next.

- Type your Account Name and Password. This information has been provided to you or was entered when you created the email address in your online email area (iMail). If you don't want to enter your password every time you open Outlook click the "Remember Password" check box.

- Click Next until you get to the final window. Click Finish
- You are now ready to try sending and receiving email from Outlook to test your setup.
