" True Solution Enterprise Inc. decided to get a web site to provide prospective clients with a visual overview of our products and services. As well we wanted to have a new logo and a corporate look and feel which we could use in our day to day business. After a consultation with Platypi Designs, they recommended a simple site design which would incorporate many images, as well as having a Flash animation to specifically demonstrate how our products work together. Platypi Designs worked well within our budget and provided us with a corporate identity and a web site which is expandable for our future use. Because images were going to be a large focus of the web site, Platypi Designs ensured the best imagery by taking digital photos at a local store using our product. After the photo shoot was complete, they made them available on the Internet so that we could discuss and choose the ones that best reflected the purpose and use of our product. The personal interaction and the amount of care taken to ensure great photos really impressed us. Flash Animation solved the last issue: We pride ourselves in providing our customers with an easy to handle product and a simple effective solution to their needs. However, past experience has shown that it was next to impossible to explain our product's functionality over the phone without the product being physically in their hands or a live demonstration. With the Flash animation that Platypi Designs created, it became a non-issue. We can now provide a visual demonstration of how our product works by instructing the potential client to view our web site. We are very satisfied with the web site and the professional service we received and we will continue to work with and engage Platypi Designs for any enhancements, as they might occur in the future.
